From Exit 210 (Fruitville Rd.) off I-75:

Go West off I-75. Make a left on Cattleman Rd. (approx. ¼ mi. west of I-75). Make left at Palmer Blvd. Make first right at light onto Porter Road immediately after going under I-75 overpass. Go approx. 1½ mile and make right onto Porter Lake Drive. Make immediate left. You will see an orange building directly ahead. You must go around the building to the front. I am in Unit 1869. There is a sign outside saying Mind Body Associates, Inc.

From Exit 207 (Bee Ridge Rd) off I-75:

Go west off the exit heading toward town. Approx ¼ down, make a right onto Cattleman Road. Go approx. 3 miles, then right onto Palmer Blvd. Make first right at light onto Porter Road immediately after going under I-75 overpass. Go approx. 1½ mile and make right onto Porter Lake Drive. Make immediate left. You will see an orange building directly ahead. You must go around the building to the front. I am in Unit 1869. There is a sign outside saying Mind Body Associates, Inc.

From Downtown Sarasota/US 41:

Go North on Fruitville Rd toward I-75 Make right onto Honore . Bear left onto Palmer Blvd at fork in the road. Continue until making a right at light onto Porter Road immediately after going under I-75 overpass. Go approx. 1½ mile and make right onto Porter Lake Drive. Make immediate left. You will see an orange building directly ahead. You must go around the building to the front. I am in Unit 1869. There is a sign outside saying Mind Body Associates, Inc.
